The 5 hotels with Burj Khalifa Views

Rover Room with Burj Khalifa view at night

The Burj Khalifa is the view everyone comes to Dubai for. The world's tallest building dominates the skyline by day and glows after dark as the fountain shows play out below.

Many hotels promise a Burj view, but we've looked closely at what you actually get. These are the ones where the tower becomes part of your stay, framed by your window, rising beyond a rooftop pool or soaring above the canal. Some sit right beside Dubai Mall, while one offers a calmer vantage point across the water, and there's even an affordable choice. One tip: not every room faces the tower, so book a Burj-view room to be sure.

Wake up with the world's tallest building outside your window, and you'll see why this is Dubai's most coveted view.

Canal-Side, Minutes from Downtown

Overlooking the Dubai Water Canal, with the Burj Khalifa rising just beyond, this is a glamorous alternative to staying in the thick of Downtown. Marasi Drive in Business Bay puts Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain, and Dubai Opera just five minutes away, and the Dubai International Financial Centre within 15 minutes, with canal-side promenades right on the doorstep.

St. Regis Rituals

St. Regis traditions run through every stay. The signature butler service is on hand for every guest, from packing to garment pressing, and each evening the bar hosts the ritual of champagne sabering, a tradition dating back to Napoleon. Don't leave without trying the Marasi Mary, the hotel's spiced local twist on the Bloody Mary.

Canal Views and Space to Spare

Rooms are elegant and spacious, starting at 57 square metres, with a rain shower, a stand-alone bathtub and walk-in closets. Views take in the Dubai Water Canal, Downtown or, from some rooms, the Burj Khalifa, and the suites raise the bar further, culminating in the Royal Suite. Family rooms, family suites and interconnecting rooms sleep up to eight.

From Roman Trattoria to Japanese Theatre

BASTA! blends a Roman trattoria, a Florentine steakhouse and a Neapolitan pizzeria, all with canal views, and it's a firm local favourite. Gold Facials and an Infinity Pool

The St. Regis Spa offers bespoke treatments in private suites, from 24-karat gold facials to Flotation Pod therapy and a traditional Arabian hammam. Afterwards, the third-floor infinity pool overlooks the canal and the Downtown skyline, with a poolside bar for light meals and sundowners.

Steps from Dubai Mall and the Burj

Explore Downtown on foot for a fraction of what its neighbours charge. Dubai Mall is under ten minutes' walk from the hotel on Al Mustaqbal Street. Beyond it lie the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain and Dubai Opera. Dubai World Trade Centre is a five-minute drive away, and the Financial Centre Metro is about a 12-minute walk.

Fresh, Playful and Full of Life

Bright and artistic, the interiors feature locally curated details inspired by Dubai's creative scene. Foosball, table tennis and video games are scattered through the public spaces, and the co-working areas hum all day. The mood is social and easy-going, and the hotel never takes itself too seriously.

Burj Views from Your Bed

Book a Burj View room and the city's most famous skyline fills your window. Every room shares the same smart layout, with a sofa bed, mini fridge, 48-inch smart TV and power rain shower. Gamers can go one step further in a Gamer Cave, kitted out with a high-performance rig and two 144Hz screens.

Casual American Dining

The breakfast buffet is generous: pastries, fruit, cheeses and freshly cooked dishes, with unlimited coffee. The hotel's American-style restaurant serves it, and it also handles casual lunches and dinners, while a convenience store takes care of late-night snacks.

Swimming with the Burj in View

Few pools in the city offer a view like this. The outdoor saltwater pool faces the Burj Khalifa, and a gym keeps your routine going. Arrive early to use both before check-in.

Connected to Dubai Mall

Take the lift to Level 1, and you're straight into Dubai Mall and its Chinatown, with the Dubai Aquarium, countless shops and a world of restaurants under one roof. Outside, the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain and the waterside cafés of Souk Al Bahar are just steps away. Downtown can't get more convenient, and the airport is only a 15- to 20-minute drive.

Front-Row Seats to the Fountain

The hotel began life as Address Fountain Views, and the name still sums it up: the Dubai Fountain dances below while the Burj Khalifa soars above. Inside, the style is calm and contemporary, with soft greys, creams, and modern artwork, a polished retreat from Downtown's energy after a busy day at the mall.

Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views

Rooms are spacious from the outset, with 50 square metres in the city-view rooms, all on high floors with floor-to-ceiling windows and a seating area. For the best seat in the house, book a Burj Khalifa and Fountain View room with a balcony facing both icons, or step up to the Executive and Ambassador Suites, with separate living rooms and balconies or terraces overlooking the fountain. Interconnecting rooms make it easy to book together.

From Japanese-Peruvian to Indian Vegetarian

Dining is wonderfully varied, with Japanese-Peruvian dishes at NAZCAA, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours at Solara, and an all-vegetarian Indian menu at The Vegetarian Room. The Tea Lounge serves international favourites, and the patisserie and café tempt with pastries and cakes.

Rooftop Infinity Pool and Hammam

Two rooftop infinity pools, including one for adults only, face the Burj Khalifa, with private cabanas, a large sun deck, and a pool lounge for drinks and bites. The spa adds a traditional hammam, a vitality pool, and a steam room, and the fitness centre includes a yoga studio and its own Burj Khalifa views.
