The Palm's Boldest Statement

Atlantis The Royal rises from the Palm's crescent beside its famous sister. Its stacked towers and sky bridges form one of Dubai's most striking silhouettes. The resort is designed so you never need to leave, but the city is within reach. Complimentary shuttles link it to Atlantis, The Palm. Taxis reach Dubai Marina in about 20 minutes, and Downtown in around half an hour.

Fire, Water and Endless Energy

This resort never sits still. At its heart, the Skyblaze Fountain sends fire and water 28 metres into the air, while DJs set the mood from the pools to the restaurants. Every stay includes unlimited access to Aquaventure, the world's largest waterpark, and the Lost World Aquarium, plus breakfast at the lavish Gastronomy buffet every morning.

Balconies, Sky Suites and Private Pools

Every room opens onto a balcony, and at 55 square metres there's space to spare, with views across the Palm or the open sea. The suites are exceptional: Sky Terrace Suites with sweeping sea-view terraces, Sky Pool Villas with private pools, the Sunscape Penthouse with an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Palm, and the vast Panoramic Penthouse, complete with a glass-walled pool. Families are well catered for, with family rooms, multi-bedroom suites sleeping up to eight, interconnecting rooms and a complimentary kids' club.

A Line-Up of Global Star Chefs

With eight celebrity chef restaurants, dining here is a world tour. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal holds a Michelin star, Nobu brings its signature style to the beach, and Estiatorio Milos overlooks the Skyblaze Fountain. La Mar, Ariana's Persian Kitchen and Ling Ling, with its sky-high lounge, complete a line-up that flows effortlessly from dinner into late-night drinks.

A Pool for Every Mood

There's a pool for every mood here. The Royal Pool is the resort's sunny centrepiece, Nobu by the Beach adds a grown-up pool by the sand, and high above it all, Cloud 22 is the adults-only rooftop infinity pool. AWAKEN Spa takes wellness to new heights with its Elements Retreat, featuring a halotherapy salt cave, a hydrotherapy pool, a snow fountain, and a charcoal sauna for guests who book a treatment.

A Private Beach on JBR

Step through the gates and the buzz of JBR gives way to landscaped gardens and a private stretch of sand. The beachfront boulevard, with its cafés and shops, is right outside, and the Dubai Marina promenade is a short stroll away. Ain Dubai turns on Bluewaters Island across the water, while the JBR 1 Tram stop links you to the Metro.

Mediterranean Calm by the Sea

Unlike the towers around it, the resort echoes Mediterranean low-rise architecture, with gardens and six swimming pools. Traditional Arabian hospitality sets the tone, from the chandelier-lit lobby welcome to the twice-daily turndown.

Balconies Over the Arabian Gulf

Every room measures a roomy 50 square metres and opens onto a private balcony or terrace with views over the gardens or the Arabian Gulf. The suites add expansive living spaces and bespoke furnishings. Family rooms and connecting rooms make it easy to travel together, and the Ritz Kids club keeps younger guests busy.

From Pan-Asian Classics to Beach Sundowners

Dining here could fill a week. Choose Pan-Asian cooking from a dramatic open kitchen, Italian aperitivo on a Tuscan-style piazza, Antillean flavours on the beachfront, or a Middle Eastern feast under the stars. Afternoon tea is served beneath sparkling chandeliers, a library bar pours rare single malts, and a palapa beach bar is made for sunsets.

East Meets West at the Spa

The Ritz-Carlton Spa blends Eastern traditions with European techniques. Its signature Arabia Felix ritual draws on the region's heritage, with frankincense, Dead Sea salt and soothing camel milk. Afterwards, guests can choose from six pools, a swim-up bar, and the private beach.

Riviera Calm on the West Crescent

Out on the Palm's West Crescent, the city's noise falls away. That's exactly the point. A secluded private beach faces the glittering towers of Dubai Marina across the water. The resort's own marina sits alongside, and a water taxi glides across to sister resort One&Only Royal Mirage. When you want the city, the Marina is a 20-minute drive away, and Downtown is about half an hour away.

Andalusian Palaces by the Sea

Step inside and you could be in southern Spain. Inspired by the Moorish palaces of Andalusia, the resort unfolds through elegant architecture, lush gardens and palm-shaded terraces. The hotel calls itself Dubai's most intimate seaside resort, and it lives up to the billing: calm, unhurried and wonderfully private.

Balconies, Sea Views and Private Pools

Space is the first luxury here: the Manor House rooms stretch to 65 square metres, and every room opens onto its own balcony. Many overlook the sea, and many include a private pool. For the ultimate escape, the two- and three-bedroom Beachfront Villas add a private pool, a sea-view balcony and the sand steps away.

Two Michelin Stars and a Lounge on the Water

Dinner here is an occasion. STAY by Yannick Alléno holds two Michelin stars for its ever-evolving French menu, while a seafood lounge perched over the water by the private marina pairs afternoon tea with impressive views. The all-day restaurant travels from the Mediterranean to the Middle East and Asia, and at the Pastry Library, guests can play pastry chef and create their own desserts.

Guerlain Spa in the Gardens

Tucked away in the gardens, the Guerlain Spa is a world of its own, with its own pool, private treatment suites and rituals created exclusively for the resort. Bastien Gonzalez's nail studio and Alexandre Zouari's hair salon add finishing touches, plus a Technogym fitness centre for those who can't skip a workout.

Banyan Tree Dubai at Bluewaters

Island Calm on Bluewaters

Bluewaters Island offers a rare sense of escape on Dubai's coastline. The resort fronts 500 metres of private beach facing the Arabian Gulf, while Ain Dubai is a ten-minute stroll away along the island's waterfront promenade. JBR and Dubai Marina are just across the bridge, and the nearest tram stops are on the JBR side, a short taxi hop away.

Natural Materials, Asian Flair

Banyan Tree brings its signature Asian hospitality to Dubai, pairing natural materials with contemporary design. Lush gardens and three pools lead down to the sand, and a free daily programme of beach wellbeing activities sets an easy, restorative rhythm.

Generous Rooms with Organic Warmth

The Bliss Guestrooms alone measure 54 square metres, finished in natural materials with a contemporary Asian touch, and each opens onto a private balcony. The Oceanfront suites take things further, with spacious living areas and the Gulf stretching out beyond the windows.

From the Riviera to Tokyo

Dining is a highlight. A beachfront French restaurant serves Riviera-style sharing plates, celebrity chef Alvin Leung gives Chinese and Pan-Asian classics a creative twist, and an intimate omakase counter showcases the finest sushi and A5 Kobe beef. A contemporary Japanese tea house serves afternoon tea, while the pool and beach bar handles lazy lunches.

A Rainforest Experience by the Sea

Banyan Tree Spa blends Asian healing traditions with modern luxury. Its Rainforest Experience is a private hydrothermal journey through steam rooms, saunas, themed showers and jets. The signature Royal Banyan combines Eastern and Western massage with a warm herbal pouch and a jade facial.

Atlantis rises at the very tip of the Palm's crescent, its grand arch visible from across the bay. It's a destination in its own right, and many guests barely leave. When you do, the Palm Monorail runs from the resort down the island's trunk to connect with the city's tram. Allow about 20 minutes by car to Dubai Marina or the Mall of the Emirates, and closer to 30 minutes to Downtown.

A Resort Built for Adventure

Every stay includes unlimited access to Aquaventure, the world's largest waterpark, with more than 105 slides, rides and attractions. It also includes the Lost World Aquarium, home to over 65,000 marine animals. The resort's beach and pools are yours too, so you can always do something without leaving the resort.

Balconies, Family Suites and Underwater Views

You'll have room to breathe from the start: rooms measure 45 square metres, each with a balcony, a bathtub, and an indoor seating area, and many overlook the sea or the Marina skyline. At the top end, the Underwater Suites look straight into the aquarium, with sharks and rays gliding past the bed, while the Grand Atlantis Suite has its own hot tub on a balcony facing the skyline. Families are well looked after, with family rooms and family suites that sleep up to six, plenty of interconnecting rooms, and the Atlantis Explorers Club for children aged 4 to 12.

Celebrity Chefs and Underwater Dining

Dining here is a destination in itself, with more than 20 restaurants led by globally acclaimed chefs. Nobu serves Japanese-Peruvian cuisine with views of the Palm and the Marina skyline, Hakkasan specialises in contemporary Cantonese, and at Ossiano, dinner comes with an underwater view of the Ambassador Lagoon. Michelin-starred menus, beachside venues, Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen and family favourites mean there's something for every age and occasion.

The Heart of Madinat Jumeirah

Wind towers, winding canals and gliding abras give Madinat Jumeirah a character all its own. Mina Al Salam sits right in the middle of it. Beyond the resort, the Mall of the Emirates is a 10-minute drive, while Dubai Marina and Downtown take closer to 20 minutes.

Arabesque Elegance by the Sea

Inspired by traditional Arabian design, the hotel features intricate arabesque details, sunlit rooms and sea-breeze-cooled terraces, with a graceful, unhurried mood. Families are well looked after too. Every stay includes complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark; children can head to the Jumeirah Circle kids' club, while water sports, tennis and mini-golf keep everyone busy.

A World of Flavours by the Water

Seven restaurants and bars take you around the world without leaving the resort: Greek and Italian dishes by the sea, Chinese classics, international favourites and a creative Uzbek fusion menu. A pastry boutique tempts with sweet treats, and a lounge offers evening drinks by the water.

Talise Spa by the Waterways

Set among tropical gardens beside Madinat's waterways, Talise Spa lets you switch off completely, with private treatment villas, a traditional hammam, and signature massages and facials. Sound healing, LED therapy and guided yoga add a holistic touch, and the spa's own outdoor pool is ideal for unwinding between treatments.
